How to delete your account

1. Log in to the app.
2. Go to My Orders.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

If you cannot log in, call us and we will delete your account within 30 days.

Who we are

Masala Elviria and Masala La Cala ("we", "us") are restaurants offering takeaway and delivery ordering and table reservations through this app. This policy explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.

Data we collect

• Account details. Your name, email address and phone number, so we can identify you and contact you about your orders and reservations.
• Orders and reservations. The items you order, your reservation dates, times and party size, and any special requests you share with us.
• Delivery address. The address you provide when you place a delivery order, so we can bring your food to you.
• Payments. Payments are processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details; we only keep a record of the payment status of your orders.
• Device identifier. A device identifier used to send you push notifications about your orders, if you have enabled them.
• Approximate location. If you allow it, we may use your approximate location to show you the restaurant location nearest to you. This is only used with your permission and can be withdrawn in your device settings.

How we use your data

We use your data to take and prepare your orders and reservations, deliver your food, process payments through our payment provider, send you service notifications such as order confirmations, and improve our menu and service. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

How long we keep it & your rights

We keep your order and reservation history for as long as your account exists. You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account at any time as described at the top of this policy. To exercise these rights, contact us at either restaurant location.
